Though Ronda made great increase of??overall sales in last few year, Ronda decided to establish an experienced sales developing dept. (SDD in short) to help company works on increase of investment.

In last few years, Ronda's scheme in R&D and facility got great increase as 23%, which also makes great contribution to development of Ronda, not only the overall sales amount.

Estimated employees are 5-7 of SDD. Most of them will be extracted from sales dept.

Ronda will not only focus on overseas sale, but also will focus on domestic sales and service.
