How to choose right diaphragm of pump?

The main part of the diaphragm pump is diaphragm, and different material diaphragm for different mediums. Generally diaphragms are the following:

1. NBR rubber diaphragm: mainly used for transporting oil.

2. Chloroprene rubber diaphragm: mainly used for transporting corrosive liquid like various acids, alkalis.

3. Fluorine rubber diaphragm: mainly used in the condition of  high temperature, for chemical fluid, like toluene ect. And the price is higher than other diaphragm.

4. Silicon rubber diaphragm: special designed for foodstuff and beverages.
