The Maintenance of RY Hot Oil Pump

1. Every ball bearing of hot oil pump should be dismantled for cleaning with diesel oil after it has been running for 3000 hours. And checked on whether there are any defects.

2. The installation direction of the ball bearing with shield should be toward the impeller side, and bearing should be lubricated with heat conduction oil.

After running 48 hours, please feed lubricating grease to forced filling oil cup.

3. The valves on the suction pipe can't be used to make adjustment on capacity so as to prevent it from cavitation.

4. Check on whether the foot bolts are looser and the pressure gauge shows normal periodically, the pump casing temperature should be accordance with the inlet temperature.

5. During the running process, if there is any abnormal noise and vibration or other failures, pump should be turned off for examination at once.

6. Periodic clean the pump's pipe fittings and replace the lubricating grease, and check on the packing of seal and pressure gauge.
